By leveraging Microsoft’s various services, TMTPL successfully digitized and automated various business applications that are used on a daily basis. Task tracking and management tool designed by TMTPL helped them effectively manage and track tasks assigned to employees. It allowed their organization to log, organize, communicate, and follow-through on incidents that may arise during the project. With document collaboration tool, they were able to share documents securely, and a version history for the same was also maintained. Having multiple stores all across the country, there is a lot of data that gets collected. Maintaining and storing data related to the total number of stores across the country, number of stores present in a city, every store’s inventory, warehouse stock available, employee data, customer data, items sold, items returned, ordering of new stock, data usually gets piled up high. With the help of Power BI, TMTPL could filter the data and perform data analysis and generate powerful visual reports. Previously, analysis was done via excel and manual labor which was time consuming and also had a possibility of logging errors. Power BI mitigated those tasks and analysis of data was automated. This greatly helped the organization be more productive just by looking at all the visually appealing reports that were generated. Trend analysis and forecasting of data was also done via Power BI which greatly helped the organization with their sales.
