As part of our service for application development and production, we use various Microsoft products, such as Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform and others. All the standard privacy controls are applied to these environments. These products are governed by their own privacy policies (Microsoft), and we encourage you to read them. All the Customer application development environments (concerning Microsoft Cloud, namely Power Platform, Microsoft 365 Platform, and Azure Platform) are leveraged by the TMTPL developers during the engagement. The customer tenant carries all the data, information, and
specific processing.

Data:
-We do not use personal data for processing except for hiring candidates.
-We use sample databases from Microsoft Community to showcase the product’s features or overall solution to the customer. There are no licensing and privacy issues with such databases.

Under NDA, we share confidential information with our customers, and customers may share personal information with the company.

For all products, data, and development environments related to Microsoft technologies, we depend on the privacy statement issued by Microsoft.
