* Account Management & Revenue Target Achievement:
1. Achieve revenue targets for services and cloud solutions.
2. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and drive business growth.
3. Foster and sustain strong relationships with key customer decision-makers, ensuring their business needs are met while also driving TMTPL’s revenue objectives.
* Customer Engagement & Solution Selling:
1. Engage with customers to lead strategic technology transformations and promote value-based selling.
2. Understand customer business strategies, identify opportunities for optimization, and propose innovative solutions to them.
3. Develop and present business cases and solutions that align with customer objectives, demonstrating clear ROI.
4. Conduct consultative engagements with key business and technical decision-makers, positioning TMTPL solutions effectively.
* Pipeline Development & Business Growth:
1. Identify and prospect new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building.
2. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Technology, Marketing, Product Development) to execute account plans and drive sales.
3. Utilize digital and telemarketing strategies to expand the customer base and build a pipeline of potential opportunities.
* Partner Collaboration:
1. Build and expand relationships with key internal and external partners to ensure the successful execution of account plans.
2. Engage partners to promote mutual business growth and create new go-to-market strategies.
3. Collaborate with partners to identify new sales opportunities and drive deal closures.
* Sales Forecasting & Reporting
1. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
2. Continuously monitor account performance and collect client feedback.
* Customer Satisfaction & Success:
1. Act as a customer advocate, ensuring their requests and needs are addressed internally.
2. Identify and mitigate risks to customer satisfaction, working proactively to resolve issues and improve overall experiences.
3. Lead the execution of recovery action plans when necessary to improve customer relationships and experience.
* Industry Knowledge & Market Insights:
1. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to position TMTPL solutions effectively.
2. Develop a strong understanding of customer industries to identify and recommend solutions tailored to their business needs.
* Leadership & Team Collaboration:
1. Lead and collaborate with extended virtual teams to drive account success.
2. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of customer engagements.
Requirements
* Experience:
1. Minimum 2 years and maximum 5 years of experience in solution selling, services selling, or product selling.
2. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, particularly in the IT or cloud services sector.
3. Experience with consultative selling, strategic account management, and relationship building.
* Skills:
1. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
2. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
3. Ability to understand and communicate complex technical solutions to both business and technical stakeholders.
4. Exposure to telemarketing and digital marketing initiatives is a plus.
Qualification
1. BSc in Computer Science, BBA, Engineering, or any graduate with a focus on sales and marketing.
2. MBA or equivalent in Sales & Marketing is preferred.
