The IT Coordinator’s primary responsibilities include maintaining and managing IT systems and network within the organization in addition to providing basic support to end users. First point of engagement which includes speaking with the end users (internal), coordinating with various IT third party support team for resolving issues and managing IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Managing and overseeing the organization’s hardware, software, and network systems. 
• Provide technical support to internal end users, resolving basic issues related to hardware, software and network. 
• If required, escalate to third party IT support team for troubleshooting and coordinating till closure. 
• Installing, configuring, and providing support for required applications across multiple platforms. 
• Accurately document all work performed through ticketing system including details and outcomes .
• Working with project teams to plan, execute, and monitor IT-related projects. This may include managing timelines, coordinating with various team members, timely escalating, ensuring documents are maintained. 
• Stay up to date with technological changes in the industry with internal and external training. 
• Interface independently with end users and provide support and service.   
• Keeping comprehensive records of IT systems, processes, and procedures. This includes documenting configurations, changes, and updates to the IT infrastructure. 
• Collaborating with external vendors and service providers to procure IT equipment and services. 

Requirements

• Aware of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems Environment   
• Concepts of Networking Fundamentals, network protocols and DNS services 
• Awareness of Active Directory, Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online, One Drive, Microsoft Teams and Outlook on the Web as well as Outlook Client 
• Awareness of helpdesk and ticketing systems. 
• Ability to learn new emerging technologies   
• Good communication skills (Written as well as Spoken) 
• Knowledge of cyber security practices. 
• Proficient in Documentation. 

Qualification

• BSc in Computer Science, or BCA 
• Min 6 months and Max 1 years of experience 
• Desktop and Laptop trouble shooting. 
• Good knowledge of Cloud Technologies and related emerging technologies. 

Microsoft Certifications

Network Certification, if any. 
Product Certification (MS-100) will be an added advantage. 
Other Certifications can be added Advantages
