Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Technology Specialist- Cloud Infrastructure to provide remote and onsite IT support across our Mumbai (Western Line & Thane) locations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in L1 support, Microsoft 365 administration, and troubleshooting Windows-based environments. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while adhering to SLAs and SOPs.

Responsibilities

1. Provide Remote & Onsite IT Support (L1) to end users.
2. Manage and resolve incidents and service requests through ticketing systems.
3. Perform hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
4. Troubleshoot and maintain Windows Operating Systems.
5. Support Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook) and collaboration tools.
6. Administer Microsoft 365 (user account creation, license management, password resets).
7. Manage User Accounts & Access Control via Active Directory and M365.
8. Able to manage and optimize Domain Controllers, user policies, and system access management.
9. Monitor and troubleshoot DHCP & DNS configurations.
10. Aware of VPN & supporting Remote Access connectivity issues.
11. Assist in data backup management and restoration processes.
12. Perform basic troubleshooting and configuration of Firewalls & Networking devices.
13. Ensure compliance with defined SLA & SOP guidelines.
14. Maintain proper documentation and reporting of IT activities and resolutions.

Requirements

1. Troubleshooting of Hardware and Software incidents.
2. Experience in Active Directory and awareness of Group Policies.
3. Hands on experience with Entra Connect and Microsoft 365 Admin Console.
4. Awareness of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS delivery models.
5. Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Qualification

1. 1 to 2 years of experience in IT Support / Helpdesk role.
2. Strong knowledge of Windows OS troubleshooting.
3. Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Administration.
4. Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITIL-based processes.
5. Basic understanding of networking concepts.
6. Good communication and coordination skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Microsoft Certifications

Microsoft Certification will be an added advantage.
